The UK's No.1 Take That Tribute Band

NEWS - Supporting 'Scouting For Girls' at Camelot Corporate Event!

Yes, the real ones!  The Greatest Take That Tribute were delighted to support Scouting For Girls at this recent major corporate event.

The grounds of Micklefield Hall near Rickmanworth, Hertfordshire was the venue that saw The Greatest support hit recording artistes Scouting For Girls during the evenings entertainment, as part of an all day event for lottery organisers Camelot!  The  attending 1,500 guests were treated to some spectacular production & entertainment which culminated in the live on stage performances of The Greatest, and ultimately SFG.

Although a long day for The Greatest - with an 8.30am sound check! - it was worth it, especially for the boys to meet Roy, Greg & Pete from SFG.  Our own Greatest Gary Barlow - aka Lee Crimp (pictured: 2nd from right above top) - said:  "I'm a big fan of theirs, so it was fantastic to meet them, and what lovely blokes they are, it was brilliant"!

This show contributes to an ever growing list of celebrity & large event performances for The Greatest Take That Tribute, who are fast becoming known on the corporate circuit as THE Take That Tribute to book!

NEWS - NHS Get The Greatest Treatment!

There have been some fantastic bookings recently, which have included amongst others: a 6,000 strong crowd at the Splash FM outdoor Festival; ITV Presenter Andrea McLean's Wedding; 2000 screaming Girls Guides at their 100th Anniversary, and a tantalising NHS Conference in Take That's very own Manchester (photo above).

The latter of which was held at the Manchester Central Convention Centre and featured the tallest stage set gantry the group have performed on yet!  The packed audience -who were ready to party with The Greatest from the word go - totalled 1500 and their response was phenominal '...Thankyou for making our NHS work do a brilliant night last night!!!!! You guys are excellent.'

The event company who organised the whole conference and evening were equally impressed when they contacted our agents Dansatak after the weekend, 'Hi Nina/Scott, Just a quick note to say thank you for organising the Greatest Take That on Saturday - they were FANTASTIC!!  We've had loads of great feedback and would definitely use them again.  Not only that, the boys were a delight to work with which made my life so much easier on the night, so please do pass on my thanks to them all!

NEWS - The Greatest perform on BBC Radio

Tuesday 19th May was Take That Day at the BBC and it was non other than The Greatest that were requested into the studio’s of both BBC Radio West Midlands and BBC Radio Nottingham to talk through the launch of their tour and what distinguishes them from all the other Take That Tribute bands out there.

BBC Radio WM was the first to interview the boys which was broadcast live in two parts between 10am and 12 midday.  This included live and off the cuff acapella renditions of ‘Why Can’t I Wake Up With You’, and ‘Everything Changes’.

During the interval the boys took a chance to sample some Latte’s in the BBC’s coffee shop where Lee (aka Gary) met the cardboard cut out of the show’s presenter Joanne Malin and Matt (aka Howard) couldn't get off the phone - as usual!

It was then a trip back up the M42 to BBC Radio Nottingham and the John Holmes show.  This also included an acapella version of ‘Why Can’t I Wake Up With You’ and a strange but true realisation for the shows presenter that one of The Greatest is distantly related to him!  To find out which one you'll have to listen to the clip!
